JohnSRealty is not like the big companies everybody has heard about and we don't want to be. You have seen multi-million dollar offices using huge color ads every Sunday, and now even TV and radio commercials to attract a special customer: THE SELLER WHO DOES NOT KNOW ANYONE IN REAL ESTATE. While that's a legitimate market niche the wise customer will ask: WHAT DOES ALL THAT DISPLAY DO FOR ME?
JohnS is one of a network of smaller organizations in which the agent has the freedom to pursue his own marketing strategy and the determination to make it work for you. We don't need a manager to rouse us to work ever morning and, since we all have our own following of past clients and supporters, we didn't need to locate under a big sign on a busy street. Instead of waiting for success to drop in on us we are out in the street pursuing success.
How are we doing? How does $12 million dollars a year sound? For a company of only 4 working agents that's no mean record!

HOW DOES A REAL ESTATE SALESMAN MEASURE SUCCESS
Some people drive around the neighborhood to see who has the most signs in the ground which only counts up the properties NOT sold.
Some brokers LOOK successful because they are housed in a plush office and drive big cars.but you might ask:who pay's for those high-priced showpieces?
Over 20 years ago, I adopted a very simple measure of my success: HOW WELL HAVE I TAKEN CARE OF MY CLIENTS' NEEDS?
So, our first meeting will be a conversation: about you and what you need and how you like to do business. If you want to buy or sell or invest in property I will ask you why and what you plan to do next. And when the job is done, I will survey you and ask you to grade my performance.
I earn a good living and I've even received a few awards for business achievement. But that does little for you. AND:
